The A-B Tech Nurse Aide training program is approved by the North Carolina (NC) State Department of Health Care Services Regulation (DPHSR). It is taught by Registered Nurses approved to teach the NC DPHSR Nurse Aide training course curriculum. Students who successfully complete the Nurse Aide I training course are eligible to sit for the NC State Nurse Aide I Registry exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant
