Below are the lunch and dinner menus for March 21, 2024. We will take reservation requests starting at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 18, 2024. To request a reservation, email reservations@abtech.edu beginning at 10:00 a.m. No phone reservations will be taken. Reservations will be confirmed via email.

 

Gourmet Express Lunch Dine-In and To-Go*

We are pleased to continue to offer our Gourmet Express Lunch concept. “Fast Casual” dining is the fastest growing dining segment in the US; students will learn to focus on quality execution for seated dining and take-out. Reservation times are at 12:00 noon, 12:15 p.m., and 12:30 p.m. Lunches will include a choice of entrée, artisan bread, and dessert for only $15 + tax.

When making your reservation, please include the following information in your email:

  1. If you would like to dine with us in our dining room or order take-out.
  2. How many people in the party
    • For seated reservations, you may reserve from two to eight people at a table
    • For take-out, you may order and pick up for as many as four lunches
  3. Your preferred arrival time and whether you are flexible if we are not able to accommodate your first choice; please note that it is important to arrive as closely as possible to your reserved time
  4. Your menu choices (there are no substitutions on menu items). If a menu item is no longer available, we will alert you to this and ask if you would like a second choice of menu item; indicating a second choice in your initial request will assist in obtaining a reservation for take-out. If ordering take-out, please indicate if all of the meals will be on one check
  5. If you will be dining in with us, you will still pre-order your meal.

Lunch Menu for March 21, 2024

  • Item #1: Monte Cristo Sandwich, Raspberry Preserves, House-made Potato Chips
  • Item #2: Appalachian Cobb Grain Bowl, Bacon, Quinoa, Hard Boiled Egg, Apple Wedges, Tomato Confit, Crisp Red Onion, Blue Cheese, Buttermilk Cider Vinaigrette
  • Dessert: Wine Bavarian Torte

 

Classical Dinner*

Classical dinners will be served in the beautifully restored Fernihurst House. These dinners are our most elegant service of the year as we offer modern American versions of classical cuisine. Dinner is a five-course fixed menu, which includes tableside service elements that change from week to week. For evening dining in Fernihurst, we only accept reservations for parties of exactly four people. Seating times are 5:00 p.m. and 5:15 p.m. The cost of dinner is $35 per person plus tax, which includes a complimentary glass of wine. Please indicate your reservation time preference or if you are flexible. Reservations are extremely limited.

As these are preset menus designed and prepared by the students, we are unable to make food substitutions due to allergies or dietary restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

 

Window Market at Magnolia

Window Market will be held in the Magnolia lobby Thursdays 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Pastries are limited to two per item per customer. Noon Market will occur concurrently with lunch production in the Magnolia lobby on Thursdays from 12:00 noon - 12:45 p.m. Items are $2.50 each + tax and can be paid with cash or card.

The March 21 Window Market will be the final market of the semester. The menu items for the March 21, 2024 market are:

  • Croissants: Bacon, Swiss, & Red Pepper; Chocolate

  • Danish: Cherry Cream Cheese

  • Chocolate Almond Scones

  • Baguettes (noon market only)

  • Wine Bavarian Torte (slice; noon market only)
