College Paper Transcripts
College-level paper transcripts being sent from another institution to A-B Tech should be mailed to:

It can take up to two weeks for A-B Tech to receive and process an incoming transcript. In order to transfer credit from another college to A-B Tech, we can only accept official transcripts in a sealed envelope.
College Electronic Transcripts
A-B Tech can receive college transcripts from other colleges electronically through the National Student Clearing House, Parchment, and eSCRIP-SAFE. Transcripts can be sent electronically through one of these secure sites to registrar@abtech.edu.
International Transcripts
If you have attended any colleges or universities outside of the United States and wish for them to be considered for transfer credit, please include a certified/notarized copy of the original transcript and an official evaluation from a participating NACES member agency. The NACES evaluation may count as both original transcript and translation.
High School Transcripts
High school transcripts being sent to A-B Tech should be mailed to:

Electronic transcripts can be sent to admissions@abtech.edu. Electronic transcripts must come directly from the institution or transcript service.
Evaluating Transfer Credit
College transcripts are evaluated for possible transfer credit by the Records and Registration Office. We do not automatically award all possible transfer credits to your A-B Tech academic record. Rather, we only transfer credits that may be applicable to your current academic program. If you are not awarded specific credits that you think should be transferred from another college to A-B Tech, please email registrar@abtech.edu to request that your college transcript be re-evaluated.
View Transfer Credit
After we evaluate a college transcript and award transfer credit, you may view your transferred credits on your unofficial transcript in Self-Service. After logging in to Self-Service, go to the Registration module, navigate to the "Registration" menu at the top of the page, and then navigate to "Unofficial Transcript."
