Pre-Limited/Pre-Competitive Information Session

GOT Online Info Session Transcript

We require that students interested in any Competitive or Limited program at A-B Tech first attend an information session prior to meeting with a GOT/Pre-Allied Health Advisor. To receive a schedule of the upcoming Pre-Limited/Pre-Competitive information sessions on campus, please send an email to gotadvising@abtech.edu. Alternatively, students may complete the online Pre-Limited/Pre-Competitive information session. Please make sure to bring the assessment with you to your advising session.

 

Important Changes Coming to A-B Tech's Allied Health Program Admissions Process

Effective January of 2018 the "Competitive" admissions programs will be referred to as "Selective" admissions programs. Go to Fall 2018 Selective Program Changes for other information concerning this process.

 

Spring 2018 Associate Degree Nursing Program Admission Opens for Alternates November 17, 2017

 

The application period is November 17, 2017 through December 6, 2017.

Please review the 2018 Spring Selective Program Guide and complete the assessment prior to meeting with a GOT/Pre-Allied Health Advisor in Bailey to apply. E-mail gotadvising@abtech.edu  for assistance and use the Subject: Allied Health.

Phlebotomy Certificate Spring 2018

Admission is open for the Spring 2018 Phlebotomy program. Applicants must review the Phlebotomy video at the bottom of this page and complete the Phlebotomy Assessment prior to meeting with an advisor and applying to the program. Please review admission requirements below.

Cosmetology Associate Degree or Diploma Spring 2018

Admission is open for the Spring 2018 Cosmetology program. Applicants must meet with an advisor in the K. Ray Bailey Student Services building to apply to the program. Please review admission requirements below.

Limited Programs

The programs listed below have limited capacity due to clinical site, resource, and/or lab space availability. Students are accepted into these programs on a first-come, first-served basis once minimum program eligibility requirements are met.
