This scholarship was created through a partnership between A-B Tech and UNC Asheville. The CORE Scholarship Partnership will provide students with a full scholarship at A-B Tech for two years while earning an associate’s degree and for two years at UNC Asheville, while completing their bachelor’s degree. The CORE Scholarship Partnership not only benefits the local student community but it also positively impacts our local economy. Other qualifications include: a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrate a financial need by completing the FAFSA, be enrolled in the Associate in Arts, Associate in Science or Associate in Engineering programs at A-B Tech.
The scholarship application process for Foundation scholarships begins January – April.
