A-B Tech will celebrate Asheville Beer Week, May 27-June 3, with 10 new episodes of the “Consuming the Craft” podcast hosted by Jeff “Puff” Irvin, Director of the Craft Beverage Institute of the Southeast.
The episodes were recorded earlier in May at the Craft Brewers Conference in Minneapolis. “It was a pleasure to be at the Cru Brewing System and Inbox Beverage Company booth at the trade show. It was exciting to see Alumni and interview a wide array of interesting folks at the show,” Irvin said.
Irvin also serves as the Chair for Brewing, Distillation, and Fermentation at the college. “From speaking with barrel makers/wood experts to equipment manufacturers, there is so much to learn,” he said. New episodes are released on Wednesdays and can be enjoyed on podcasting apps.
