"Autumn in Asheville" will highlight the amazing skills of our award-winning A-B Tech Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts and Hospitality Management Departments, along with the Craft Beverage Institute of the Southeast. Come enjoy a variety of interactive food stations located on the grounds of the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Departments’ facility.

Proceeds from this event support the success of the College’s students through the Office of College Advancement’s scholarship programs, as well as the Culinary Arts and Hospitality Departments.
The 2015 Live Auction Packages included (subject to change):
Explore Charleston: Three night stay in Charleston for four, to include accommodations in Wild Dunes, tickets to the Charleston Food and Wine Festival and dinner on the town.
Be a Tourist in Your Own Town: Two night stay in a downtown loft for two, dinners and unique tours of downtown Asheville.
Trip to the California Wine Country: A trip for two to explore the California wine country with a tour of the Kendall Jackson Winery, the Merriman Vineyards, Ketcham Estate winery and more. Accommodations at Ketcham Estate. Airfare generously donated by the Asheville Regional Airport Authority.
Culinary Dinning Experience: Enjoy a private dinner for 16 in the dining room of Fernihurst created by the award winning A-B Tech Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management students. This will be in conjunction with a Thursday evening "Production Dinner" prepared by the students.
