High School Students Tour Hospitality and CBI Facilities




Students from Michael Beaver's AP Biology class at Owen High School toured the Craft Beverage Institute of the Southeast today to learn more about the science behind creating beverages that use brewing, distillation and fermentation processes on October 24. On the same day, students from Erwin, Franklin, North Buncombe, Madison, Reynolds, Roberson, Mitchell, Avery, and Franklin School of Innovation, toured the Culinary, Baking & Pastry, and Hospitality Management programs in the Brumit Center for Culinary Arts and Hospitality.
