Steven Goff, A-B Tech Culinary Arts graduate and previous adjunct instructor, won Chef of the Year at the North Carolina Restaurant and Lodging Association’s Chef Showdown. His winning dish of beef cheeks with smoked veal brain aioli with farro tabbouleh is available at his restaurant, Aux Bar, 68 N. Lexington Avenue.
