2016 Young Entrepreneurial Scholars (YES!) Camp (July 18 - 22, 2016)

The Young Entrepreneurial Scholars (YES!) Camp is a North Carolina Rural Entrepreneurship through Action Learning (NC REAL) Youth Entrepreneurship camp that will run July 18 - 22, 2016, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at A-B Tech Madison. This program is for rising sixth to ninth-grade students.

Registration fee: $52 and space is limited!

The goal of the camp is to introduce students to the ideas of entrepreneurship, creative thinking, and fun, interactive activities to engage students. Campers will work in teams to develop a business plan, learn how to apply for a business loan and about resources in their community. They will also gain an understanding of entrepreneurship as a viable career option and meet and learn from successful entrepreneurs. For more information, contact Jill M. Sparks at or 828.398.7949.
