Medical Laboratory Technology Alternate List

A-B Tech is accepting applications for the Fall 2016 Medical Laboratory Alternate list. Follow the criteria below and meet with an advisor in the K. Ray Bailey Student Services Center to apply. Please note: Once an applicant is placed on the alternate list, applicants will only be admitted to the Fall 2016 Med Lab class if space becomes available before August 15th, 2016. Applicants who are placed on the alternate list, but are not pulled into fall 2016 class, may reapply during the next application period in Spring 2017.

The programs listed below have limited capacity due to clinical site, resource, and/or lab space availability. Students are accepted into these programs on a first-come, first-served basis once minimum program eligibility requirements are met.

Fall 2016 Competitive Allied Health application period ended March 4th, 2016.

The next opportunity to apply to A-B Tech's competitive allied health programs will be spring 2017 for the class that begins in fall 2017. Program criteria will be posted summer 2016.

Western North Carolina Regionally Increasing Baccalaureate Nurses (WNC RIBN)

WNC RIBN is a collaborative program that is offered by A-B Tech and Western Carolina University.
