Topics include training/development, staffing, selection, hiring, recruitment, evaluation, benefits administration, employee relations, labor regulations/laws, discipline, motivation, productivity, shift management, contract employees and organizational culture. Upon completion, students should be able to apply human resource management skills for the hospitality industry.
