To be eligible for a tuition refund the student must:
- Register and pay tuition and fees.
- Officially drop the class on or before the 10% point of the term in one of the following ways:
- By submitting in person to any Registration Center (K. Ray Bailey Student Services Center, Madison Site Office) a Drop/Add Registration Change Notice during business hours.
- By having an advisor process the drop. The student is responsible for ensuring this has been done.
