This scholarship was established by K. Ray and Glenda Bailey. It is awarded to second-year students with a 3.0 GPA enrolled in the Veterinary Medical Technology Program. K. Ray and Glenda have been supporters of A-B Tech for more than a decade. He retired as President from A-B Tech in 2007 after serving 41 years of service at the College. He holds the record as A-B Tech's longest-serving employee, starting work as the Director of Adult Basic Education in 1966 and held numerous positions before becoming President in 1990.
The scholarship application process for Foundation scholarships begins January – April.
