Job Board expanded to all job seekers

October 22, 2012

A-B Tech’s job posting website, Job Board, is now open to all job seekers, not just current and former A-B Tech students. The site was launched March 22 to help area employers fill vacancies and the College’s students find jobs.

Job Board supports employers in Buncombe, Madison, Haywood, Henderson, McDowell and Yancey counties by providing free listings that are accessible to applicants 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Job seekers are able to search and apply for those openings online.

"Helping match employers and skilled employees is part of A-B Tech's mission," said A-B Tech President Hank Dunn. "This complements what we're already doing. Our focus continues to be on jobs."

Users can create an account with Job Board via the A-B Tech website and apply for or post job openings. There is no limit on the number of jobs an employer can post or the number of positions for which one can apply.
