Competitive Allied Health application period open Oct. 1 to Nov. 16

The application period for the competitive allied health programs begins Oct. 1 and continues until Nov. 16. Students interested in applying to these programs should first watch the information video found here and further read the program application materials found on that web page. Competitive Allied Health programs include Associate Degree Nursing, Dental Assisting, Dental Hygiene, Medical Sonography, Practical Nursing, Radiography and Surgical Technology. 

After watching the video and reviewing the program application criteria, students can visit the academic advisors in the Bailey Building for further application instructions and to formally apply within the application period. Be sure to remember the important application period and deadline for these popular programs

Applicants are selected for admission to these programs based upon special criteria. Selection criteria vary for each program. The exact admissions evaluation criteria for each competitive Allied Health program can be found in the Admissions section of the College website and the printed version is available in the K. Ray Bailey Student Services Center and at the Madison Site.
