A-B Tech receives funding to assist student parents

A-B Tech Community College received continued funding from the N.C. Community College System for childcare services, which provides subsidy assistance for parents who are students at A-B Tech. The award for the 2014-15 academic year is $42,161.

Hoke wins Innovative Program Award

A-B Tech student William Hoke was awarded the Innovative Program Award from the Asheville Parks & Recreation Department for his Developing Future Male Leaders program. He received the award at the 2014 North Carolina Recreation & Parks Association State Conference in Wilmington.
