A-B Tech’s Culinary Club is selling handmade truffles for Valentine’s Day. A four-piece box costs $6 and a box of eight truffles sells for $12. The flavors offered this year are caramel, raspberry, double chocolate with cinnamon, and almond.

Proceeds will assist the A-B Tech Culinary hot food team, winner of the American Culinary Federation state competition, to travel to the Southeast regional contest in Savannah, Ga., Feb 27.

The deadline to order is Feb. 7. Truffles may be picked up from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Feb. 9 and 10 in the lobby of the Magnolia Building on the A-B Tech Asheville campus.
