Holly Library reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying request, if, in its judgment, fulfilling the request would involve violation of copyright law. COPYRIGHT law (CONTU Guidelines) includes a “Rule of Five” which limits interlibrary loan requests to five articles per title per year for articles published within the last five years. Within that five year limit, the library may only request one article from each issue of a given journal title. Requests beyond this limit must be declined.
