Basic Life Insurance
Provided at no cost to full-time employees. The amount provided is 2 times the annual salary rounded up to the next highest thousand.
(Example - 28,001 X 2 = 56,002 rounded to 57,000).
Supplemental Life Insurance
Supplemental Life Insurance is available to full-time employees in the amount of 1 times or 2 times the annual salary. Rates are based on age and use the salary calculation method listed above.
Spouse Life Insurance
Coverage amount is $10,000 at a premium of $2.86 per month.
Child Life Insurance
Coverage amount is $4,000 per child at a premium of $0.18 per month (covers all children for one premium).
