Marketing materials created by A-B Tech's Communications Office won four awards in the national 24th annual Admissions Marketing Report competition.
A-B Tech's Communications Office received four awards, including two gold, in a national competition sponsored by Admissions Marketing Report.
Now in its 24th year, the Admissions Advertising Awards program is the largest educational advertising awards competition in the country. This year, more than 2,000 entries were received from more than 1,000 universities and secondary schools from all 50 states and several foreign countries.
A-B Tech received gold awards for its annual report, "Be Inspired" and its public relations "Be" campaign. The College won a silver award for a series of "At Your Service" magazine advertisements and a merit award for its external publication "EdVantage." The A-B Tech Communications team consists of Mona Cornwell, Communications director; Justin Page, designer II; April Sides, designer I and Martha Ball, Communications specialist.
Judges for the Admissions Advertising Awards consisted of a national panel of admissions' marketers, advertising creative directors, marketing and advertising professionals and the editorial board of Admissions Marketing Report.
