The purpose of the Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College Minority Student Leadership Academy is to increase retention and graduation rates among minority students, as well as to provide leadership activities and training.

To participate, please fill out the Minority Student Leadership Participant Form and bring it to Phyllis Utley in the admissions office, or email it to msla@abtech.edu.
