Referring a Student (green sheets)
Students must be referred by an instructor before they can use the ALC.
Any student is welcome to use the ALC once they have been referred to us. Students should bring a signed referral form from the course for which they need assistance. Students who need assistance in multiple classes or both labs should bring a green sheet for EACH course they need help with. Once a student has been referred for a course, they can use the ALC at any time until the end of the course/semester. When the student starts a new course/semester, they will need to submit a new green sheet. Tutoring is completely free and available on a drop-in basis.
Tutoring Referral Form ("Green Sheet")
This form allows student(s) to seek tutoring from the ALC. Only the instructor of record can sign a green sheet. Students should bring their completed greens sheet with them to the ALC. If necessary, instructors may send a completed form via e-mail as an attachment from their A-B Tech e-mail address* to email@example.com.
