Hospitality Management Certificate Curriculum
A certificate in Hospitality Management can be earned by successfully completing four of the following courses:
- HRM 140 Hospitality Tourism Law
- HRM 220 Food and Beverage Controls
- HRM 245 Hospitality Human Resource Management
- HRM 240 Hospitality Marketing
- CUL 110 Sanitation and Safety*
*Successful completion of this course leads to a nationally recognized ServSafe Certification.
