College Withdrawal
Students who withdraw from the college or drop individual courses before the 75% point of the term must complete the procedures and submit forms to the Bailey Center Service Desk, Transfer Advising Center (ELM-200) or Madison Site. A grade of "W" will be assigned. To withdraw from the college after the 75% point (i.e. drop all courses), a student must:

Obtain a withdrawal form from the Vice President, Student Services.

Document valid reason(s) for needing to withdraw.

Discuss the need to withdraw with the Vice President, Student Services. Students who are approved for late withdrawal from all courses will receive grades of "W."
If an emergency prevents the student from completing the withdrawal process before leaving the campus, the student should call, write or arrange for someone to contact the Vice President, Student Services.
