Tuition Refund Policy
A 100% refund shall be made if the student officially drops prior to the first day of classes of the term as noted in the college calendar. Also, a student is eligible for a 100% refund if the class in which the student is registered is canceled.
A 75% refund shall be made if the student officially drops from the class(es) prior to or on the official 10% point of the term. Insurance and student activity fees are NOT refundable. Federal regulations, if different from above, will overrule this policy.
Tuition Refund Procedure
To be eligible for a tuition refund the student must:
- Register and pay tuition and fees.
- Process a Drop/Add Registration Change Notice form in the Student Records and Registration Office on or before the 10% point of the term as defined above.
