Students who are experiencing academic difficulty are invited to meet with a counselor/advisor in the Counseling Center located in the K. Ray Bailey Student Services Center. Students are strongly encouraged to seek assistance as soon as they recognize there is a problem. In the event that a student cannot successfully complete a course, they should get a withdrawal form and submit it to the service desk in the K. Ray Bailey Student Services Center by the official withdrawal date, which is listed in the Student Events & Handbook. The college catalog lists the last day to drop for a partial refund.
