Fall Semester 2009
August 11-31 - Bookstore vouchers are available for pick up in the lobby of the K Ray Bailey Building. The Financial Aid Office, Business Office, Registration Office, and Bookstore will close at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Students must have their class schedule with them in order to make purchases in the college bookstore.
August 31 - Last day for Financial Aid Recipients to charge books and supplies at the college bookstore in the K Ray Bailey Building. No returns will be allowed in the college bookstore without the original receipt.
August 31 - Last day for financial aid recipients to submit a Verification of Class Attendance Form to Student Services counter in the K Ray Bailey Building in order to receive credit balance financial aid check by September 18, 2009.
September 18 - Financial Aid checks will be disbursed at 8:30 a.m. in the lobby of the K Ray Bailey Building. Students must pick up these checks in person with a valid ID. These checks will not be mailed.
Spring Semester 2010
January 1 - Financial Aid applicants can go online at www.fafsa.ed.gov to complete the the 2010-11 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA results will be used to determine a student's eligibility for enrollment periods beginning on or after July 1, 2010. Financial aid applicants must reapply for financial aid annually. The earlier you apply, the better!

Students must have their class schedule with them in order to make purchases in the college bookstore.
June 2 - Last day for Financial Aid Recipients to charge books and supplies at the college bookstore in the K Ray Bailey Building. No returns will be allowed in the college bookstore without the original receipt.
