Fall Semester 2007
August 8-17 - Financial aid recipients must charge tuition and fees and pick up bookstore voucher in the Business Office in the Simpson Administration Building. The Financial Aid Office, Business Office, Registration Office, and Bookstore will close at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 17, 2007. Students must have their class schedule with them in order to make purchases in the college bookstore.
August 31 - Last day for Financial Aid Recipients to charge books and supplies at the college bookstore. No returns will be allowed in the college bookstore without the original receipt.
August 31 - Last day for financial aid recipients to submit a Verification of Class Attendance Form to the Financial Aid Office in order to receive credit balance financial aid check by September 20, 2007.
September 20 - Financial Aid checks will be disbursed at 1:00 p.m. in the Business Office in the Simpson Administration Building. Students must pick up these checks in person with a valid ID. These checks will not be mailed.
Spring Semester 2008
January 2 - The Financial Aid Office in the Azalea Building will make available the 2008-09 Free Application for Federal Student Aid. It will be used to determine a student's eligibility for enrollment periods beginning on or after July 1, 2008. Students are encouraged to use the FAFSA on the Web worksheet to apply online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. These worksheets will be available in the financial aid office. Applicants must reapply for financial assistance annually. The earlier, the better.
