Financial Aid is
going green for the 2009-2010 school year and we are sending Award
Notifications electronically so that we can save paper and reduce
costs. Award notifications will be sent to the students A-B Tech email
account and can be viewed in Web Advisor. Scroll down to Understanding

Upcoming Deadlines
June 2 - Last day for Financial Aid Recipients to charge books and supplies at the college bookstore in the K Ray Bailey Building. No returns will be allowed in the college bookstore without the original receipt.
June 2 - Last day for financial aid recipients to submit a Verification of Class Attendance Form to Student Services counter in the K Ray Bailey Building in order to receive credit balance financial aid check by June 19, 2009.
June 15 – Last day to apply for a summer Stafford Loan.
June 19 - Financial Aid checks will be disbursed at 8:30 a.m. in the lobby of the K Ray Bailey Building. Students must pick up these checks in person with a valid ID. These checks will not be mailed.

The Financial Aid Office is located in the K. Ray Bailey Student Services Center on A-B Tech's main campus. Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Pre-loan Counseling Information
Students who have submitted Stafford loan applications to our financial aid office must complete pre-loan counseling before they can receive their loan disbursement.
