citations.
NOTE: You must create a personal folder with a personal id and password to
use this program.
For off-campus use you must sign on with the library password
(available at the circulation desk) before you can create your personal folder.
Once you have created a personal id you can skip this step and sign on
directly with your own id and password even from off-campus.
