System Office Directive: 
No expenditures will be permitted from State Funds except for payroll and instructional expenses.

 Therefore  these guidelines will be followed until further notice.

1.    We will print student generated assignments to be turned in for a grade (one copy only). 

2.    Page count of student generated notes will be limited to 5 pages or less.

3.    We will decline to print all material found on the web.

4.    We will decline to print class syllabi, instructor power points, or other handout material.

5.     We will not print personal material.

  REMEMBER:  NO PAPER / TONER = NO PRINTING
